Privacy Policy

How Cyberstore collects, uses and protects personal information.

Effective date: 22 October 2026

Joomstore Pty Ltd trading as Cyberstore (ABN 14 908 270 325) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

We collect information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the details in your enquiry or newsletter signup. When we provide services we may access systems that contain personal information; we handle that only as needed to deliver the service and under our agreement with you.

Our website records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through server logs and, where enabled, Google Analytics. Our contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide our services
  • To send our newsletter if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To keep our website and systems secure and to improve them
  • To meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting provider, email platform and Mailchimp for newsletters, and with partners you have agreed to involve in an engagement, such as an IT provider. Some of these providers store data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.

How we protect it

We use access controls, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and the same security practices we recommend to our clients.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or make a complaint, by emailing hello@cyberstore.au or calling 1300 566 652. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
